Theron Bassett: Improve or Death Christian defends Jewish dignity by synodality

“Let me be clear: the Groypers, the antisemites, do not speak for men, for Gen Z men, or for the original Christians—Catholics. We in Gen Z see with clear eyes that antisemitism is wrong. Christ came to save sinners, of whom I am the worst. My need for the sacrifice of our blameless victim, the person who is one essence with God the Father, Yeshua HaShem, is clear, and for that, I ask for mercy.”

                                             – Theron A. Bassett II

Theron Bassett is a Gen‑Z cradle Catholic—a Christian who respects both the Eastern and Roman rites, Constantinople and Rome, Orthodoxy and the Latin Church. He supports synodality, opposes political extremism, and defends the patriarchy of the family unit as a responsible, prudent liberal who embraces classical liberalism rather than progressivism or conservatism.

Critics call him a walking contradiction; supporters say he is what a liberal is supposed to be: anti-populist, pro‑institutionalist, and a patriarchal voluntarist.

“As Christians, we must know—fascism is never the answer. Democracy depends on men; fascism is one man. Sin entered the world through one man, Adam; only God, incarnate as man, conquered sin & death. A nation led by one man, not by many men, is doomed.”

Bassett established Improve or Death LLC in August 2019 after briefly experiencing homelessness as a young adult in his late teens, enlisting in the service, and later facing a second short period of homelessness in his early twenties while being a reservist in the service and managing mechanical vending machines.

By his early to mid-20s, his brand became nationally known from 2024 to 2025 on X.

His brand continues to expand its asset and property portfolio to this day.

Bassett has had millions of views on X, thousands on Instagram, this post flew under the radar:

“May the record show: When antisemitism was ascendant, I championed the dignity of the Jewish people. I promoted institutional sovereignty against pervasive populism. I opposed the dismantling of Catholic and Orthodox Christian patriarchy practiced voluntarily in households.”

Theron Bassett’s Core positions:

Defense of inclusive classical liberalism and traditional Christian synodality.

Deconstruction of left- and right-wing ideological extremism, radical populism, and strongly opposing antisemitism and Islamophobia.

Promotion of American exceptionalism, cultural normalcy, and interfaith cooperation among Christians, the Jewish people, and Muslims.

Encouragement of voluntary household patriarchy led by self-disciplined men, complementarian roles, and affirmation of traditional femininity.

Rejection of partisan tribalism, support for institutional integrity, and advocacy for urban American renewal.

Personal views and philosophy

Bassett’s commentary peacefully opposes both conservative and progressive ideology but supports inclusive traditional values, classical liberalism and voluntary patriarchy in households.

It stresses caution against populism and anti-institutionalism in support of responsible globalism, traditional patriarchal values within households, family-based provision over state dependency, and warnings against moral decline in younger generations.

Theron Bassett, a certified Life Coach, describes himself as a repentant “worthless sinner”—not a saint, not an apologist, but sensible.
